How do I show "proof" of price?

The best way to show proof of price is to notify us of the website address of the specific item you are trying to match. We will check the website to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. 

How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to coupons?

TheWatchery.com does not match competitors' coupons, to match it must be the listed sales price before any other promotions. TheWatchery.com does not allow a coupon to be used on a item that has a price match.

How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to sales tax?

TheWatchery.com matches the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor’s price.

What qualifies for our Price Guarantee?:

1. The product must be the exact same make, model, and color for sale on TheWatchery.com

2. The online retailer advertising the lower price must have the product currently in stock

3. The online retailer must be an established site, as determined by TheWatchery.com

Guidelines and limitations:

• Applies to total price of purchase-including shipping, taxes and other charges that may apply
• Limited to only three claims in any 90-day period per customer
• Limited to one identical items per customer
• Limited to items with valid serial numbers
• Does not apply to new merchandise versus factory-reconditioned comparisons
• Does not apply to previous purchases.
• Does not apply to auction sites, seller must have an established online store
• Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as free shipping, sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers
• Subject to change without prior notice
• Certain brands do not apply
• We reserve the right to match a watch at our discretion
